For the past year Nansledan Community Centre has used a manual booking system for those wishing to use the centre for workshops, meetings, kids birthday parties, dance classes, fitness classes and much more. This was very cumbersome and time consuming for the committee members.
We have made the decision to go online for all future bookings from 1st January onwards. All our regular clients will receive an e-mail in the coming days outlining the new process with links to instructions on how they can start to book their sessions directly online.
For all new customers you can simply visit the Nansledan Website, and go to the Community Centre page and click on the link “Click here to book” you will be taken to a page where you must complete the registration details which will then allow you to create your own login to the booking system.
Once in you can look at what dates and times are available for you to book and start the process of your booking. Confirmation e-mails will then be sent out with all the details you will need for your booking. This will also create an automated invoice for your booking with a deadline date of when the booking must be paid for.
